Richard Gariepy is a graduate of the University of San Diego Law School where he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. He also received a Master of Law degree from New York University.

Richard Gariepy has been admitted to practice law in Idaho, California, New York and the District of Columbia.

In 1981 Richard Gariepy moved to Ketchum, Idaho, and has been helping injured clients and their families for over 25 years. He has tried cases in Twin Falls, Burley, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Hailey, Blackfoot and Boise. He has also litigated cases in Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, Nevada and California.

Richard Gariepy is a Director and Vice President of the Lotus Humanitarian
Aid Foundation and serves as the Finance Officer of Post No. 115 of
the American Legion.
